This info on "real" raw honey and the list of sources is just
invaluable...thank you. Would someone care to say the benefits
of raw honey, and how it is used with kefir?

Ask him if you can get honey from him before he filters it. Otherwise, here

Hello Brenda;
What is the difference between raw honey and really raw honey? I get my
honey from a bee keeper, and he says it's raw. However I know the thick
honey you mean. I have seen it before, but mine is not that thick. Why is
that if it is raw? How did you manage to get this Really Raw honey?
Kareemah
