[native-nutrition] Re: apple cider vinegar?

It's also great on hair! After shampooing, just fill a big glass to the
top with water and a good glug-glug's worth of vinegar, and pour it over
your hair. (If you have long hair, dip the ends in the cup first.) It
rinses all the shampoo out, softens and detangles, and not only prevents
but actually heals split ends!

I have waist-length straight hair, which I get cut only once or twice a
year. The stylists can't believe I cut it so infrequently, because I
have NO split ends; before I used vinegar rinses the shafts would be
split halfway up the length!

Oh, use it only once or twice a week. If you use it every time you
shampoo, your hair will get so soft it will become unmanageable.
