Homemade Shampoo & Conditioner

Substitutes for commercial hair shampoo and conditioner have been discussed over the last few weeks on Discussing NT. They include using baking soda for shampoo and apple cider vinegar (ACV) as a rinse or conditioner. A couple people also mentioned that using a chlorine filter seems to help with hair & skin, especially for those who have very oily skin.
