What is the difference between using milk thistle vs ox bile?
Your liver makes bile and it flows to the intestine via the gall bladder to
digest fat.
Ox bile is literally bile made by oxen and removed at the slaugherhouse. It
directly replaces human bile without your body needing to make any bile for
it to work.
Milk thistle stimulates your liver to make more of its own bile - but it is
not a direct replacement for bile in terms of digesting fats.
