Hydrogenated fats are strictly avoided.
Interesting you should mention that one. As I said, S. R. does not normally
exhibit autistic behavior but is ADHD etc.
Feeding S. R. hydrogenated fats induces very classic autism in short order,
which goes a way over a week or two as these clear out of his system. It can
be a really impressive transition from a very interactive kid to one who
simply doesn't relate at all to other humans shortly after a dietary disaster.
I avoid hydrogenated fats myself because they give me fibromyalgia like
symptoms.
S. R. and my problems with these are clearly mercury induced.
