Beet Kvass Question

I made NT's beet kvass for the first time and had about 4 oz. yesterday
and today. About 30 minutes after having the drink today, I got severe
diarrhea and it has last all afternoon. Is this a normal reaction? I've
read this is a healthy drink, but I certainly can't have this type of
response to it! Have others experienced the same thing?
