I had made beet kvass a couple of months ago during spring allergy season.
For the first week or so I was okay, but as time went on I began having a
very severe allergy. I still don't know if it was caused by the beet kvass,
but I discontinued taking it. It seems to be the type of thing one can have
a reaction to.
