Why not niacin instead of niacinamide?
Niacin accellerates phase 1 rates. Niacinamide slows down phase 1 rates.
Thus if you need to slow down phase 1 the last thing you want to take is
niacin.
In addition, niacin is harmful to the liver - the way it reduces cholesterol
is damages the liver so it can't make as much.
