body levels of copper since most copper comes out in feces and LA slows that
process. It increases zinc and other nutrient metals too.

OK so if you are already starting with high levels of cooper would you
still go ahead and use LA for mercury? Thanks, Carole

Depends on how high. If you have mercury in the brain you need to use the LA
to get it out, but you might need to reduce copper levels first. This is
done by taking 50 mg zinc 3 or 4 times a day (for an adult) and eliminating
high copper foods like nuts from the diet.

If you have high copper it is possible that COPPER is the problem and NOT
mercury. Copper toxic people who don't have mercury have "normal looking"
hair analyses with high copper.

People with high copper and high mercury probably aren't making enough bile
and need to pay attention to getting their liver to do this.
